How subscriptions work
- Mobile purchases are handled by Apple App Store (iOS/iPadOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Your plan is tied to your Apple ID or Google account.
- Deep Art Effects cannot view or change your App‑Store billing details.
iOS/iPadOS — manage your subscription
From Settings (recommended)
- Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID banner → Subscriptions.
- Select Deep Art Effects to change plan, update payment, or cancel.
From the App Store app
- Open the App Store → tap your profile picture.
- Tap Subscriptions → choose Deep Art Effects → manage as needed.
Android — manage your subscription
- Open Google Play.
- Tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Choose Deep Art Effects to change plan, update payment, or cancel.
Restore purchases
Use this if you reinstalled the app or switched devices on the same platform.
- iOS/iPadOS: In‑app Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Android: In‑app Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Google account.
Cross‑platform transfers (e.g., iOS → Android) aren’t supported by the stores. Purchases are linked to the original store account.
Receipts & invoices
- iOS/iPadOS: Apple emails receipts to your Apple ID address and lists them in your purchase history.
- Android: Google Play emails receipts to your Google account and lists them in your order history.
Cancellations & refunds
- Manage cancellations directly in Subscriptions on your device (see steps above).
- For refund requests, follow your store’s process from your purchase history. (App‑Store policies apply.)
FAQ

I’m subscribed but the app shows free features only.
Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID/Google account used to purchase, then use Restore Purchases. -
Can you change my billing period or payment method?
No—please update these in the App Store/Google Play subscription settings. -
Do discounts (e.g., promotions) apply on mobile?
Store promotions are controlled by Apple/Google; desktop discount codes like ART10 don’t apply to mobile.
