Symptoms
- You have an active purchase/subscription but the app shows free features only.
- Restore Purchases seems to do nothing or returns an error.
- After switching devices, paid features aren’t unlocked.
Quick checks (applies to iOS & Android)
- Same store account: Confirm you’re signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) used to buy the app.
- Network available: Connect to a stable Wi‑Fi or mobile network.
- Latest app version: Update Deep Art Effects from the App Store/Google Play.
- Device time automatic: Enable Set Automatically (time/date) to avoid token issues.
iOS/iPadOS — restore access
- Open Deep Art Effects → Settings → Restore Purchases.
- If nothing changes, check Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions and confirm the plan is Active for Deep Art Effects.
- In App Store: tap your profile → ensure you’re signed into the correct Apple ID.
- Optional reset: Sign out of the App Store, reboot the device, sign in again, then use Restore Purchases.
Android — restore access
- Open Deep Art Effects → Settings → Restore Purchases (use the same Google account used to buy the app).
- In Google Play: tap profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and verify the plan is Active.
- Update Play Store/Services: In Play Store settings, update Google Play Store and Google Play services if updates are pending.
- Clear cache (not data): Android Settings → Apps → Google Play Store → Storage & cache → Clear cache; repeat for Google Play services. Reopen the app and Restore Purchases.
If purchases still don’t appear
- Reinstall the app, then Restore Purchases.
- Check with Apple/Google that the transaction completed (no “Pending” status or declined payment).
